About The Position

The Customer Service Associate delivers a positive guest experience in a golf retail store by handling golf equipment purchases and trade-ins, answering product questions in person and over the phone, and keeping checkout operations running smoothly. The position is part-time and in-store in Scottsdale, Arizona; remote work is not offered. Weekend availability is required, and the schedule may include seasonal hours and evenings.

The ideal candidate is a golf enthusiast with at least two years of customer service experience, solid knowledge of golf equipment, and confidence using POS systems. They are friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling transactions and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour, based on previous experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a friendly, welcoming store experience.
• Process purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Complete golf equipment trade-in transactions and follow required procedures.
• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone.
• Verify pricing, discounts, and transaction details for accuracy.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and involve the appropriate team member when needed.
• Maintain an organized checkout area and assist with daily store operations.
• Follow cash-handling, transaction, and loss-prevention procedures.
