Requirements
- A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using computers, printers, and internet tools
- Attention to detail and good basic math skills
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
- Help customers with packing, shipping, printing, and mailbox services
- Operate store equipment such as copiers, fax, laminators, and binding machines
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and handle basic administrative tasks
- Support day-to-day store operations and work closely with your team
- Learn new skills — including how to become a Notary Public (we’ll help you get certified!)
