About The Position
Round One Entertainment is looking to hire Customer Service Associates for various positions including Arcade, Bowling & Event, Kitchen & Bartender, Cleaning, and Arcade/Bowling Mechanics. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, enjoys being around people, and thrives in a fun environment, particularly if they have an interest in video games, bowling, or karaoke.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21+ for positions handling and serving alcohol.
- One to two years experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environments.
Nice To Haves
- Open availability, especially nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests at the counter and game/bowling floor.
- Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
- Comply with and maintain the confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
