About The Position

Round One is currently hiring Customer Service Associates for the CLOSING shift (store closes at 2am) in multiple departments: Bowling and Events, Food & Beverage (21+ to work on Bar), and Amusement (Arcade). This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, enjoy being around people, and are interested in video games, bowling, or karaoke within a fun environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• A minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Nice To Haves

• Open availability or flexibility to work on weekends/holidays on closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to determine whether their needs are met during assigned shifts.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Keep games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers.
• Respond responsively, politely, and with a friendly demeanor to customer requests.
• Answer phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
• Operate POS registers for game card sales and prize redemptions (Amusement).
• Maintain arcade and redemption inventory (Amusement).
• Keep the game floor clean, stocked, and welcoming (Amusement).
• Perform open and close procedures and assist guests as needed (Amusement).
• Assign lanes, lend equipment, and support in-store bowling promotions (Bowling and Events).
• Clean and reset bowling and activity areas (Bowling and Events).
• Provide excellent customer service and attention for parties and events (Bowling and Events).
• Assist with basic maintenance and customer instruction (Bowling and Events).
• Process sales, handle reservations, and support parties and events (Bowling and Events).
• Prepare and serve food and drinks (Food and Beverage).
• Operate POS systems and clean the kitchen and dining areas (Food and Beverage).
• Open and close food service area and manage inventory (Food and Beverage).
• Support other departments when needed.
• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
• Conduct lost and found procedures by company policies.
• Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Comply and maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
