About The Position
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Customer Service Associate on a temporary basis for up to 4 months, as part of our local Co-op Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, patient, and takes pride in accuracy, as they will support the successful delivery of weekly marketing programs. The position offers flexibility, being either a remote or hybrid opportunity, with the successful candidate ideally based in Saskatoon, SK.
Requirements
- Three years of related experience.
- A one-year office administration certificate (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in print, logistics, or distribution analysis is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume order entry and data maintenance for local Co-ops to support accurate and timely flyer delivery.
- Coordinate print production, scheduling, and distribution to deliver weekly flyers on time.
- Support local Co-op marketing inquiries and resolve issues related to flyer distribution.
- Manage work orders, purchase orders, dockets, and production tracking.
- Other duties as assigned.
