About The Position

Our Texas team is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, bilingual Customer Service Associate to join us on-site — someone who's versatile, reliable, and ready to contribute across multiple areas of the business.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish — required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
  • Basic computer and math skills; experience with order management, ERP, or accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to follow up persistently and professionally without dropping the ball

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Enter and track customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Follow up on order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
  • Research and resolve discrepancies, delays, or fulfillment issues in coordination with the warehouse and operations team
  • Escalate unresolved claims and follow through until closure — owning the issue from start to finish
  • Document customer complaints, credits, and resolutions accurately for internal records
  • Support the accounting team with invoice follow-ups, billing discrepancies, and payment-related inquiries
  • Assist with basic administrative and accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and reconciling order records
  • Cross-collaborate with internal departments as needed to keep operations moving
