About The Position

We have an immediate need for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our growing Customer Service team. Due to new clients and additional promotional events in the local area, we're expanding our team and looking for candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, and promotions. No previous marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at retail locations and promotional events
• Engage with customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist with sales and promotional campaigns
• Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Support event setup, merchandising, and promotional displays
• Assist with inventory and event materials
• Process and track sales and customer information
• Learn and apply marketing and sales strategies
• Work with the team to achieve campaign and sales goals
