About The Position

Help deliver exceptional customer experiences during our busiest event season. The Expo Group is seeking Seasonal Customer Service Associates to provide outstanding support to exhibitors and customers during our peak trade show season. Available as a hybrid position in Orlando, Florida or Las Vegas, Nevada, this seasonal opportunity is expected to continue through December 2026 and offers the chance to build valuable experience in the fast-paced events industry.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of customer service or related experience required.
  • Outstanding communication, customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • trade show or event industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, chat, text, and in person.
  • Assist customers with orders, account updates, payment processing, and customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns while delivering exceptional service and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and process orders using company systems.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Managers and internal teams to support successful events.
  • Help customers understand products, services, and event requirements while providing effective solutions.
