About The Position

We are seeking a candidate with strong negotiating abilities, highly organized and excellent attention to detail. This position is 100% remote. The role involves providing top-notch Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) customer service and soft collections, investigating asset information for businesses and owners using bank statements and publicly available information, and reviewing payment modifications to avoid legal action. All correspondence must be notated into the appropriate deal file.

Requirements

Strong work ethic, a self-starter
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, high volume environment
Customer service or collections experience
Great communication skills (verbal and written)
Types at least 30 WPM or more with 90% accuracy
Intermediate computer skills
Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Speaks Spanish and English
Familiar with Google Suite

Responsibilities

Provide top-notch Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) customer service & soft collections

Respond to internal chats & phone calls
