Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide a high level of customer service as part of the 1-800-WILDLIFE Call Center
• Complete sales to walk in customers
• Complete administrative tasks for District Operations
• Coordinate and plan events, trainings, and meetings hosted in the office
• Complete public requests for educational, permitting, and promotional items that advance wildlife participation
