About The Position

As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor, you will leverage your consulting and advisory skills to respond to customer inquiries and guide them according to their needs. You will be the go-to person for understanding customer requirements and recommending the most suitable solutions from our range of water heaters, heat pumps, EV charging stations, and other products. Your goal? To deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction by focusing on service quality and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and retention while supporting sales objectives through a consultative approach based on trust, guidance, and value creation.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships quickly and easily.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Recognized sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and software, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a collaborative mindset.
  • Bilingual (French and English) to effectively serve both English-speaking and French-speaking customers and provide high-quality service in both languages.
  • Available according to operational needs (between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday).

  • Previous call center experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and online customer inquiries regarding our products and services.
  • Promote the features, advantages, and benefits of our products and services to interested customers.
  • Assess customer needs, provide informed and specialized advice on our products, and prepare corresponding quotes.
  • Conduct thorough follow-ups while acting as a liaison between customers, representatives, and suppliers.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including updating customer records, data entry, document filing, and more.
