Every Guest Service Associate is expected to meet sales and performance goals. Your hourly wage is just the beginning. Guest Service Associates earn commission on every Wax Pass® sold, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your paycheck. Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Build genuine relationships that keep guests coming back.
  • Educate guests on our services, products, and Wax Pass® options.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals through education—not pressure.
  • Schedule appointments, answer phones, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest information.
  • Follow up with guests through calls and texts to ensure an outstanding experience.
  • Work closely with our Wax Specialists to create a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby.
