Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to diagnose intricate technical problems associated with different applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound interactions efficiently.
Experience in communicating marketing deals and updates to clients.

Familiarity with a CRM software (Freshworks) and customer service tools.

Responsibilities

Offer focused assistance to clients, handling account, product, and service questions.
Diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems involving computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.
Handle advanced inbound calls, real-time chat, and emails, and proactive outbound calls.
Share exclusive marketing offers and updates with clients.
Offer insights on service gaps and customer feedback to elevate service standards.
Meet and exceed set performance goals and targets.
