About The Position

Toyota of Tacoma is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Agent to join our Service Department and help support and manage our TLE operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, solving problems, and being part of a busy team. Automotive experience is helpful, but it is not required — we are willing to train the right person!

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience.
• Automotive dealership or service department experience.
• Rental, loaner, fleet, hospitality, front desk, or vehicle coordination experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience is helpful, but it is not required — we are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Coordinating vehicle availability and customer needs
• Handling check-in and check-out processes
• Maintaining accurate records
• Communicating with Service Advisors and management
• Answering calls and customer questions
• Documenting vehicle information and condition
• Helping make sure our customers have a great experience
