We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team! Your role will be to handle everything related to reception, and well as to carry out administrative, office and other tasks and processes to help your site meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives, in accordance with detailed guidelines. Requirements

  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Proficiency in Office 365 in a Windows environment
  • Action oriented, Communicates effectively, Customer Focus, Differences, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning, Situational adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Assist members and clients, be attentive to their needs and propose personalized solutions
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including data entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding
  • Set up and clean up rooms
  • Submit requests and follow up on real estate and technology needs
  • Order supplies
  • Scan and distribute mail
