About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through inbound calls, emails, and chat. You will help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining our high standards of professionalism.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and account details.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system accurately and in real time.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Handle complaints with empathy and provide appropriate solutions within guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
