Champion Window has immediate openings for experienced Customer Service agents at their Philly office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office or call center environment and will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a quality phone experience. This role involves handling inbound customer phone calls, creating and updating service requests, processing payments, answering customer questions regarding existing installs and service requests, resolving minor customer conflicts, and processing online inquiries. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
