About The Position
TigerTel is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their Work-From-Home Inbound Customer Service Team. This role involves assisting a diverse range of commercial businesses and medical offices across the US and Canada. The position focuses solely on customer service, with no outgoing calls or sales involved. Successful candidates will work from home and require specific equipment and internet connectivity.
Requirements
- PC/Laptop (Windows 10 or higher)
- Wired USB headset
- High-speed internet (wired connection required, no Wi-Fi)
