About The Position

This role involves providing customer service support, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with scheduling and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in HVAC CSR support is preferred.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in HVAC CSR support.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, take messages, and greet visitors.
  • Schedule meetings and technicians.
  • Schedule service calls with customers utilizing ERP and Outlook calendar systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as permit filing and customer rebate filings.
  • Schedule leads for salespeople on their calendars.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and dispatching when needed.
