About The Position

The CSA promotes maintenance services, repair parts, extended warranties, and other solutions, while contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth. The role may include representing the company on-site and occasionally testing or operating equipment. The company offers a guaranteed base salary plus commissions, with average first-year earnings of $80,000–$100,000 and top earners making well into six figures. Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness and ability to learn product knowledge and basic technical information.

• Valid work authorization and ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with customers across an assigned territory.
• Promote and sell maintenance services, repair parts, extended warranties, and other product support solutions.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations based on knowledge of products and services.
• Represent the company on-site and occasionally test or operate equipment as needed to support customer needs.
• Work with internal teams, participate in meetings and training, and continuously develop product and job knowledge.
