As a Customer Service Administrator based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for post-sales support by working with customers, field offices, and sales/service teams. Maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with planning, logistics, and operations to ensure timely service. You will handle Sales and Service Orders, including exchanges, repairs, calibration, service agreements, and warranties. Support global service centers with knowledge of international shipping, currencies, exchange rates, and export regulations. You will also manage shipping/receiving, inventory control, and documentation: inspect goods, process shipments, track inventory, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. Ensure accurate, timely material movement and records.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Business, Accounting or > 2 years of experience in a related topic.
  • Proven computer expertise in the use of ERP systems, and Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Knowledge of ISO-9001 quality standard.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting and transactions, and material handling
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Lifting, bending, and stooping may be required.
  • Demonstrate problem solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
  • Able to multitask.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Enter Purchase, Sales, and Service Orders in SAP ERP
  • Ensure on-time delivery, turnaround, billing, and inventory accuracy; maintain export compliance
  • Resolve scheduling, shipping, and invoicing issues
  • Coordinate service schedules with technical teams to minimize downtime
  • Maintain service order records
  • Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, and distribution tasks
