Requirements

  • Some customer service experience
  • Knowledge of accounting and CRM software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent English/Spanish language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive calls for warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job tickets
  • Responsible for arranging work schedules
  • Manage job work tickets with the internal system
  • Accountable for contacting national builders and customers to verify the readiness of job sites
