Requirements

  • High school diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and professional correspondence
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process completed railcars accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update dashboards as completed cars are processed
  • Organize documentation by creating folders for inbound railcars daily
  • Data entry and upload of all qualifying paperwork into variety of systems
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned to support operational efficiency
