We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Account Specialist. This role involves representing FW Logistics professionally, communicating proactively with customers about services, and providing support for day-to-day operations, inquiries, and concerns. The specialist will maintain data integrity in the WMS, ensure accurate order entry, record customer interactions, and follow up to resolve issues. They will also contact customers regarding order status and adjustments, and verify information accuracy.
