About The Position

This role functions as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for accounts in an assigned territory, handling communication via phone, email, and fax. The position supports field sales representatives, manages customer purchase orders from entry to fulfillment, and handles customer complaints from initiation to resolution. It also involves establishing positive business relationships, educating customers on product offerings, and collaborating with the sales team on sales forecasts.

Requirements

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
2 or more years’ customer service experience required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Proven ability to resolve customer issues creatively and effectively
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
