About The Position

We are seeking motivated, driven individuals from all backgrounds to join our remote sales team as Customer Sales Representatives. Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a state/provincial Life and/or Health Insurance license (we’ll help you get licensed).
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve results in a performance-based environment.
• Confident speaking with clients virtually; great listening and presentation skills.
• Self-disciplined, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Comfortable conducting Zoom meetings and working in a digital environment.
• Must reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, NL provinces or CA, WA or VA. States, for licensing reasons.

Responsibilities

• Receive comprehensive training to understand our insurance products, benefits, and client solutions.
• Work with warm leads provided through our trusted union and association partnerships — no cold calling or door-to-door sales.
• Conduct virtual meetings to help clients identify their needs and recommend customized insurance solutions.
• Develop long-term trust with clients through exceptional service and ongoing support.
