About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, driven individuals from all backgrounds to join their remote sales team as Customer Sales Representatives. This role involves working with warm leads provided through trusted union and association partnerships, conducting virtual meetings to help clients identify needs and recommend customized insurance solutions, and building long-term trust with clients through exceptional service. The company provides comprehensive training, tools, and support for success, with no prior experience required. This is a 100% remote position.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training, tools, and support are provided.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a state/provincial Life and/or Health Insurance license.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve results in a performance-based environment.
• Confident speaking with clients virtually; great listening and presentation skills.
• Self-disciplined, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Comfortable conducting Zoom meetings and working in a digital environment.
• Must reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, NL provinces or CA, WA or VA states for licensing reasons.
