Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma required.
• Basic computer skills and comfort working virtually.

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education is preferred but not required.
• Customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to members.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Present benefit options through virtual meetings.
• Assist members with applications and required paperwork.
• Maintain accurate client information and records.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Use basic computer systems to complete daily tasks.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development.
