The Customer Sales Manager (CSM) is HALEON’s “ambassador” to the trade and represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customer needs and expectations are met. The Customer Sales Manager will be responsible for building strategic relationships with Key External Experts in the industry. With HALEON, you'll lead the charge in crafting industry leading long-term strategies for growth. You will leverage our brand and customer strategies to unlock unprecedented growth opportunities with your customer. Working with Haleon and Kroger you will have access to world class data and insights which you and your team will dive into and created shopper centric, data based plans which delight the shopper. Our ability to access, understand and leverage data to connect with the shopper is critical to our partnership with Kroger. Forge strong relationships with Kroger’s merchandising, marketing, insights and supply teams through impactful planning sessions, positioning HALEON as a strategic partner in their success story.
