About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a part-time Customer Return Representative for an airport location. This outdoor, on-site role helps customers complete the rental return process and ensures vehicles are checked in accurately and prepared for the next rental. The representative greets customers, secures keys, records mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition, and enters vehicle check-ins into a computer system. The role also involves helping process vehicles efficiently while providing friendly, professional customer service.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy working with customers and providing great service.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.

• Six months of retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they return rental vehicles.
