About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a part-time Customer Return Representative for an airport location. This outdoor, on-site role helps customers complete the rental return process and ensures vehicles are accurately checked in and ready for the next rental. The representative greets returning customers, secures keys, records mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition, and checks vehicles into the computer system. The role involves providing friendly, professional customer service and processing vehicles efficiently and accurately. The position requires regular on-site attendance and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.

• Six months of retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities
