About The Position

TTI Power Equipment is hiring a Customer Repairs Material Handler to support the Tool Repair Department at its Anderson, South Carolina location. The role provides parts and materials to repair technicians and assists with shipping and receiving products for repair. The position involves sorting and stocking parts and tools, moving recyclable materials and finished products, and delivering supplies to technician workbenches in a timely manner.

Requirements

Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, and oral and written communication.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, push, and pull parts and containers.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds; team lifts are used for items over 50 pounds.
Ability to work in various temperature conditions.
For internal applicants: no final warnings; no more than six attendance points; efficiency and quality goals met for the previous three months; at least six months in the current role; and satisfaction of all job description requirements.

Nice To Haves

High school education preferred.
Two to three years of experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide tool parts and materials to repair technicians.
Remove recyclable material and deliver it to the proper location.
Remove finished products and transport them to the shipping staging area.
Report low part quantities daily.
Ensure repair tools and parts are distributed to technician workbenches in a timely manner.
Practice 5S and safety.
Verify that delivered parts match the parts listed on technicians’ order sheets.
Sort and stock parts and tools.
Perform other duties as assigned.
