About The Position

TTI Power Equipment is hiring a Customer Repairs Material Handler to support the Tool Repair Department at its Anderson, South Carolina location. The role provides tool parts and materials to repair technicians and assists with shipping and receiving products for repair. The position also involves sorting and stocking parts and tools, moving recyclable and finished materials, and helping ensure repair work areas are supplied in a timely manner.

Requirements

Effective communication skills, including reading and writing and oral and written communication.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive motion and frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds; team lifts are used for items over 50 pounds.
Ability to work in various temperature conditions.

Nice To Haves

High school education is preferred.
Two to three years of experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide tool parts and materials for repair technicians.
Remove recyclable material and deliver it to the proper location.
Remove finished products and transport them to the staging area for shipping.
Report low part quantities daily.
Ensure repair tools and parts are distributed to technician workbenches in a timely manner.
Practice 5S and safety.
Verify that delivered parts match the parts listed on technicians’ order sheets.
Sort and stock parts and tools.
Perform other duties as assigned.
