About The Position

Crain Kia of Fort Smith is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, driving customer retention, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives through effective CRM strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the automotive industry or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the dealership’s CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and follow-ups.
• Analyze customer data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in training staff on CRM best practices and system usage.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and suggest improvements.
