About The Position

Join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager, where you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a primary point of contact, you'll build strong customer relationships, manage orders from inquiry through delivery, and collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time performance. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a related role, preferably in manufacturing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Ability to learn customer purchasing, shipping, and data portals.
For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ProShop ERP or a similar ERP system preferred.
Familiarity with manufacturing, customer, and quality requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, acknowledgments, certifications, and related documentation.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delivery changes, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records in ERP and other business systems.
Partner with Sales, Production Planning, Operations, Shipping, Quality, and Compliance to ensure customer expectations are met.
Coordinate with Production Scheduling to support on-time delivery.
Review customer contracts and flow-down requirements with guidance from Compliance and Legal, as needed.
Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail while following company policies and procedures.
