About The Position

AO | Globe Life is expanding its virtual client-services team and seeking friendly, motivated, and dependable professionals for our Remote Client Success Specialist opportunity. You'll connect virtually with individuals and families, learn about their needs, explain available supplemental benefits and financial protection options, assist with enrollment, and continue providing service after coverage is established. This opportunity blends Customer Care, Client Relationships, Benefits Education, and Consultative Insurance Sales. Previous insurance experience is not required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be physically located within the United States
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
  • Have reliable high-speed internet
  • Have webcam and microphone capability
  • Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace
  • Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
  • Have basic computer and web-based technology skills
  • Be willing to participate in required training
  • Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

  • Meeting with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
