Requirements

2+ years of experience in administrative customer-facing roles
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom
Process customer payments and credit card transactions
Answer and address all incoming phone calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
Occasionally scan and file documents as needed
Coordinate vehicle delivery process with salespeople such as contacting customers as needed for license plate pickup and other clerical duties
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom
