About The Position

Norway Savings Bank is seeking a Customer Relations Representative for their Topsham branch. This role is versatile and multifaceted, focusing on meeting the financial needs of new and existing customers. The position involves developing customer relationships, providing friendly and efficient service during daily transactions, and promoting bank business lines to grow the customer base. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Previous cash-handling experience.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Basic computer system knowledge to navigate our systems.
• Self-motivated and driven aptitude, thriving in a team environment.
• Ability to travel between branch locations.
• Availability for a Saturday morning rotation is necessary.
• Ability to travel to Norway, ME for training.

Responsibilities

• Meet the financial needs of both new and existing customers.
• Develop customer relationships.
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service during daily bank transactions.
• Actively promote bank business lines with the goal of growing the customer base.
