About The Position

Space City Toyota is seeking a Customer Service Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This is a visible, full-time role where you will connect customer feedback directly to the leadership team and foster a positive dealership culture. The position reports to the General Manager and is crucial for managing social media, online reputation, and customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to influence positive change across all departments and be part of an exciting period of growth and facility upgrades at the dealership.

Requirements

  • Automotive experience required; Toyota experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong social media expertise, understanding engagement and trust drivers.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings, facilitate productive conversations, and build consensus across departments.
  • Sharp conflict resolution instincts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and building clear, actionable reports.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a meaningful plus.
  • Strong leadership presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the dealership's online reputation across Google, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Yelp, and BBB.
  • Respond to customer concerns with empathy and urgency, and collaborate with management to address trends.
  • Manage Toyota CXI survey responses, reviews, and alerts, translating customer feedback into actionable intelligence.
  • Hold management accountable for their department's public reputation and customer-facing processes.
  • Lead monthly Round Tables to identify process improvements and celebrate successes related to customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Experience Center responses.
  • Create and manage social media content that authentically represents Space City Toyota, including promotions, community involvement, and team culture.
  • Champion community outreach efforts supported by Space City Toyota.
  • Coach and train employees on customer experience standards, conflict resolution, and communication best practices.
