About The Position

Serves as a liaison between guests, staff, and patients to respond to patient information inquiries. Maintains and regularly updates patient information. Routes or responds to general inquiries for information or directions. Receives and processes customer suggestions and complaints. Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming telephone inquiries. Greets all guests and provides information, directions, or instructions based on guests' needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Requires critical thinking skills, effective communications skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • No experience required.
