Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- 0-3 years of relevant experience or training in customer service or a related field
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their key business requirements and expectations.
- Effectively engage customers with an attention to key business requirements and expectations.
- Provide relevant and relational order information.
- Provide information related to new products and product accessories.
- Provide product specifications, programs, training, and pricing and delivery information.
