Requirements

  • Bac+5 Engineer or Master’s degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 18 months seniority in your current position
  • Fluent speaker of French and English
  • Good communication
  • Problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow up new project quality proactive plan: gather inputs and update in a weekly manner.
  • Weekly update of the new project Obeya board (including customer quality inputs).
  • Communication to management and plant employees about received claims/Aims/Warranties (CO, YE & YI...).
  • Secure the customer (stock replacement, rework…).
