Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or related field and understanding of electronic devices (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of semiconductor devices, package technologies, and device reliability (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical information and supporting customers (mandatory)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Failure analysis and field applications experienced highly desired.
  • Experience with stress testing and structured problem-solving methods such as 8D (preferred)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing engineering concepts, including process control, FMEA, and OCAP (preferred)
  • Understanding of quality management systems and industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF/VDA, and QMS (preferred)
  • A valid US visa is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support quality tasks related to New Product Introduction and customer inquiries
  • Participate in customer audits and support preparation to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive and clear communication
  • Manage Failure Analysis requests, interpret reports, and relay findings to customers
  • Act as the main interface for customer complaints, providing timely analysis and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support customer and business needs.
