The Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) is the primary advocate for the customer within the BOBM Battery Pack Assembly plant. This role leads the Problem Resolving Team (PRT) in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex quality issues that reach Vehicle Operations (VO) or the field (Warranty). The CQE bridges the gap between manufacturing, design, and suppliers to ensure that every battery pack meets the highest standards of safety and performance, driving a "Zero Defect" and "No Faults Forward" culture. This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 and ranges from $74,300-$166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
