In this position... The Process Quality Engineer (PQE) at BOBM is a critical role responsible for ensuring "Best in Class" quality during the Battery Pack Assembly process. This role focuses on robust process control, rigorous technical analysis, and the leadership of cross-functional initiatives to achieve a No Faults Forward (NFF) and Zero Defect manufacturing environment. The PQE will drive continuous improvement through engineering principles, manage complex containment actions, and ensure that all products meet Ford’s stringent safety and performance standards.
