Unison, a GE Aerospace company, is the leading provider of differentiated engine controls, accessories, and performance monitoring solutions in the Aerospace, Defense & Space segments. Serving both original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket customers, Unison designs, manufactures and supplies the most advanced components and systems in the world. Primarily responsible for customer relationships, specifically those dedicated to the time periods during, after and related to quality issues. Responsible for customer engagement, monitoring customer satisfaction, customer data gathering, and acting as a conduit/facilitator of activities that prevent or resolve quality issues. This position requires aerospace quality service and execution experience.
