About The Position

Due to growth and customer demand, CommScope is looking to add a Client Success Manager to our Global Customer Experience team. As a Client Success Manager, you will manage multiple concurrent project assignments of varying size and scope, medium to large single projects to include logistical support during project initiation, project planning, project execution, project control and project closure. You will be identifying priority projects within each account and work with Customer Service to define capabilities. You will maintain, manage, and follow up on quality/issues log from inception to resolution.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in related field
  • 3+ years in a customer relationship role
  • Proven experience with computer applications including PC-based business applications and project management software. i.e. SAP, Data Repository, Lotus Notes, MS Office, Visio or other flowcharting software

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills with all associate and Management levels
  • APICS Certification and Project Management certificate of study desired
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
  • Detail oriented and have a history and desire to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
