As the Customer Portfolio Manager (CPM), you will be responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts and customer obligations. This role involves fulfilling service agreement obligations, managing fixed price and time and material programs, and interacting with various internal teams such as customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, and repair service. You will act as the single point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and providing ongoing technical and business support for assigned regions, products, or coverage areas. This position requires a high level of operational judgment and offers moderate autonomy. You will influence the development of strategy for your area of responsibility, interpret business challenges, and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Staying informed about industry trends and offering new solutions to complex problems are key aspects of this role. You may also lead functional teams or projects.
