Requirements

  • 4 Year Degree Preferred or High School Diploma
  • 5+ years in sales management and business development
  • Proven experience leading outbound sales or call-driven environments
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Experience leading or mentoring a sales team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset with a passion to win
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate others
  • Resilient and adaptable—thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Relationship-focused with a customer-first approach
  • Must live in one of these states: Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Texas, or Illinois

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 or more outbound sales representatives
  • Set clear performance goals and drive accountability through metrics and KPIs
  • Monitor pipeline activity and ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Oversee and participate in high-volume outbound calling efforts
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales solutions
  • Guide team in closing deals, negotiating pricing, and overcoming objections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers nationwide
  • Drive new account acquisition through targeted prospecting and research
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying additional needs and opportunities
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalized interactions
  • Understand customer challenges and position tailored solutions
  • Educate clients on company capabilities, resources, and partnerships
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and maintain accurate reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance service delivery
  • Train new and existing sales staff on outbound strategy and communicate best practices
  • Analyze sales data to improve team performance and strategy
