POSITION OBJECTIVE : This position contributes to the overall success of the company and supports business operations by ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the customer database. Initialize all incoming mail, internet and facsimile orders and perform customer account maintenance in multiple paneled PeopleSoft system environment.
